If you have a show proposal or script that you would like to present to S&S Productions Inc., please forward the following to:

1. A one-page summary of the show proposal or script.
2. A copy of the proposal or script.
3. A contact name, address, phone number and email address.
4. A signed and dated copy of a release form. A proposal that is not accompanied with this form will not be read.
