I am submitting to S&S Executive Services Inc. the proposal(s) titled above and by signing a copy of this Release, I hereby acknowledge and agree to the following:


  1. The material is novel and original and I own exclusively, or I am the authorized signatory for the exclusive owner(s) or, all rights to the Material including but not limited to the copyright and all underlying rights to the story, concept and characters.


  1. Other persons, including employees or contractees of S&S Executive Services Inc. may have submitted to S&S Executive Services Inc. or made public material that is similar to the Material submitted by me. S&S Executive Services Inc. shall have the right to use this similar material and shall be under no obligation to me with respect to the Material submitted, and I shall not be entitled to any form of compensation in connection with said use.


  1. I have retained a copy of the proposal(s) submitted and release S&S Executive Services Inc. from liability for loss or damage to the proposal(s).


  1. My proposal will not be returned to me unless I instruct S&S Executive Services Inc. in writing to do so. This request is to be included at the time of submitting the proposal and is to be accompanied with a self-addressed envelope bearing sufficient postage. Should the proposal not be selected for development or production it will be destroyed.


  1. S&S Executive Services Inc. includes all parent, subsidiary, affiliated and related companies of S&S Executive Services Inc. and the employees, agents and contractees thereof.


  1. This document is intended as a full and general release of any claims which may have, or arise in the future, in connection with the submission of the Material.
